About me

Welcome, I am freelance/contract web & mobile application developer. After several years of working as a full-time permanent employee within the IoT (Internet of Things) sector as the sole React Native developer, creating mobile applications for communicating data between IoT hardware and cloud-based dashboard software, I decided to take my skills and become a freelance frontend developer.

I have a first classification BSc (Hons) Degree in Web Design & Development and skills ranging from development to design and digital marketing.

I have designed & developed several mobile applications using React Native for Android & iOS and deployed to the Google Play Store & App Store. I have experience with using the mobile phones hardware features such as; Camera, Bluetooth & NFC, for communicating and setting up IoT devices along with Push Notifications for receiving messages to action certain tasks.

For the web development side I have built custom WordPress themes for clients whom require a CMS and React/Vue js frontend with Laravel backend for larger more complex systems.

Other skills & experience include graphic design for client logos and digital marketing for items such as: business cards, brochures, datasheets and other advertising material.
